Storm Windows for City Auditorium
City of Eureka Springs, Arkansas
City of Eureka Springs is soliciting bids for interior or exterior storm windows for the City Auditorium located at 36 S. Main St., Eureka Springs, AR. Specifications and bid sheets may be obtained from Office of the Mayor, 44 S. Main Street, Eureka Springs, AR 72632, between the hours of 8-12 am and 1-5 pm, Monday through Friday. A bid package can be requested by phone, 479-253-9703. The supplier/subcontractor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures. Funding is supplied by Arkansas Energy Office, Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant # AEO-EECBG-WIN-10-012, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Bidders will be required to document adherence to Buy American Act, Davis Bacon Act, Non-Discrimination laws and obtain a performance bond. Bid proposals must be received at City Hall, Office of the Mayor, at the address above no later than 4:00 PM, March 19, 2012. Bids will be opened at that time. All bids shall be in sealed envelopes marked “Auditorium Storm Windows.”
