SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
March 18, 1997
Mayor
Barbara O’Harris called the Special Council Meeting to order at 7 p.m. on March
18, 1997, in the jury room in the Western District Courthouse. The purpose of
the meeting was to read Ordinance #1753, Trolley Stops for the third time.
PRESENT:
Mayor
O’Harris, and Councilpersons Christman, Jeffrey, Seratt, and
Freeland.
ALSO
PRESENT:
Earl
Hyatt, Donna Spitler, John Mitchell, Susan Morrison, Jack Byrne, David
McNeal,
Fred Maese’, Janie Pritchett-Clark, Beau Satori, Jay Miner, Don
Matt, and
Clerk Lee.
Alderwoman
Seratt made the motion to suspend the rules and place
Ordinance
#1753 on its third and final reading by title only.
Alderman
Christman seconded. All were in favor, 4/0/0.
Alderman
Jeffrey read the ordinance by title only.
Alderwoman
Seratt made the motion to approve. Alderman Christman
seconded
and all were in favor, 4/0/0.
The
meeting was closed at 7:05 p.m.

CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES MARCH 18, 1997 Mayor Barbara A. O’Harris
called the special meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18th,
1997. The purpose of the meeting
was to read Resolution #440 for the purposes of grant documentation for the retirement center. (Office
of Rural Advocacy requires that the City or Public will be able to use the
facilities of the Retirement Center). PRESENT: Mayor
O’Harris, Alderpersons Jeffrey, Seratt, Freeland, and Christman. Alderpersons
Dickens and Watson were absent. ALSO PRESENT: Earl Hyatt, Donna Spitler,
John Mitchell, Susan Morrison, Jack Byrne, David McNeal, Fred Maese’, Janie
Pritchett-Clark, Beau Satori, Don Matt, Jay Miner and Clerk Lee. Alderwoman
Seratt made the motion to read Resolution #440. Alderman Christman seconded.
