SPECIAL MEETING

COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

MAY 9TH , 2001

Mayor Beau Z. Satori called the meeting to order at 9:05 A.m. in the Council Room.  The meeting was held in the Carroll County Courthouse.

 

PRESENT:

Mayor Satori, David Stoppel, Bryan Sumpter, Kelly Simon, James DeVito.

Kathy Harrison and Jack Dozier were absent.

 

ALSO PRESENT: Mary Jean Sell, and Bob McVey.

 

The purpose of the special meeting was to set the date for a public hearing for a new moped franchise.

 

The motion was made by Stoppel and seconded by Simon to set a public hearing for May 21, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. for a new moped franchise.

There was no discussion.

 

 

All were in favor, 5/0/0.

 

The motion was made and seconded to adjourn.  All were in favor 5/0/0.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
