SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY APRIL 13, 2006

Mayor Kathy called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 10:03 a.m. Thursday, April 13, 2006, in the jury room of the Western District Carroll County Courthouse.

PRESENT: Mayor Kathy Harrison, Aldermen Robert “Butch” Berry, Beverly Blankenship, Penny Carroll, Terry McClung, Rick Rojek, Lori Weaver and City Clerk-Treasurer Mary Jean Sell.

Mayor Harrison said the meeting was called to discuss an employment issue.

Ms. Weaver moved go to into executive session at 10:04 a.m. Mr. Rojek seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 6/0/0

Ms. Carroll left the room at 10:47 a.m.

The meeting resumed at 11:08 a.m.

Mayor Harrison said no action would be taken at this time.

ADJOURNMENT:

Mr. McClung moved to adjourn at 11:09 a.m. Ms. Blankenship seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 6/0/0
