CITY COUNCIL
Mayor Dani Joy called the special meeting of the Eureka Springs City Council to order at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2009, in the mayor’s office on the first floor of the Western District Carroll County Courthouse.
PRESENT: Mayor Dani D. Joy, Aldermen Robert “Butch” Berry, Beverly Blankenship, Patrick Brammer, James DeVito, Rob Wagner, Joyce Zeller, City Attorney Tim Weaver, Mayor’s Assistant Diane Wilkerson and City Clerk-Treasurer Mary Jean Sell CMC.
The purpose of the meeting was to hold an executive session to discuss a personnel disciplinary action.
Mr. DeVito moved to go into executive session at 11:05 a.m. Ms. Blankenship seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 6/0/0
The meeting reconvened at 11:15 a.m. Mr. Wagner moved to go out of executive session. Mr. Berry seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 6/0/0
Mr. Wagner moved to approve the action considered in the executive session and to have a letter put in the employee’s file. Mr. Brammer seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 6/0/0
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Berry moved to adjourn at 11:17 a.m. Mr. DeVito seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 6/0/0
