CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY OCTOBER 4, 2004

Mayor Kathy Harrison called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:40 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4, in the jury room of the Western District Carroll County Courthouse.

PRESENT: Mayor Kathy Harrison, Aldermen Robert “Butch” Berry, Aaron Falotico, Karen Lindblad, Bill Ott and Earl “Bud” Umland, City Clerk Mary Jean Sell. Alderman Gayle Money was absent.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG:

Mayor Harrison led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

The purpose of the meeting was for a personnel discussion.

Ms. Lindblad moved to go into executive session at 5:43 p.m. Mr. Umland seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 5/0/0

The meeting resumed at 6:28 p.m.

Mayor Harrison announced no action would be taken tonight.

Mr. Ott moved to re-address the issue in another special meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12. Mr. Falotico seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 5/0/0

ADJOURNMENT

Mr. Ott moved to adjourn at 6:30 p.m. Mr. Falotico seconded. All voted aye. Motion passed 5/0/0
