Resolution #553, Resolution 553, starting the process to refund the 2002 Water and Sewer Bonds was adopted during the regular City Council meeting Monday, Feb. 11, 2008.

Resolution #552, Resolution 522 authorizing submission of application for grant from Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism was approved by the Eureka Springs City Council during the regular meeting of Monday, January 28, 2008.

Ordinance #2076, Ordinance 2076 adopting the 2008 city budget failed on its second reading during the regular meeting of the Eureka Springs City Council Monday, Jan. 28, 2008.

Ordinance #2075, Ordinance #2075 updating HDC city ordinances was approved on its second reading during the Monday, March 31, 2008, meeting of the Eureka Springs City Council. The third reading is scheduled for the regular meeting of Monday, April 14.

Ordinance #2074, Ordinance 2074 calling special election on Ordinance 2047 regarding changes to the Eureka Springs Municipal Code Chapter 2.64 Historic District Commission was approved on all three readings by the City Council during the regular meeting of Monday, Jan. 28, 2008.

Ordinance #2073, Ordinance 2073 calling special election on Ordinance 2051 regarding taxis, limousines, limited franchises was approved on all three readings by the City Council during the regular meeting of Monday, Jan. 28, 2008.

Ordinance #2072, Ordinance 2072 granting cable tv franchise for five years was approved on its third reading during the regular City Council meeting Monday, Jan. 14, 2008.

Ordinance #2071, Ordinance #2071 did not receive enough votes to put it on its first reading during the regular City Council meeting of Dec. 10, 2007.

Ordinance #2070, Ordinance #2070 amending the occupation license code was unanimously approved on its second reading during the regular City Council meeting of Dec. 10, 2007.

Ordinance #2069, Ordinance #2069 defining taxis did not receive enough votes to place it on its first reading during the regular City Council meeting of Monday, Dec. 10, 2007

Ordinance #2068, Ordinance 2068 regarding removal of appointed commissioners failed on its second reading during the regular Eureka Springs City Council meeting of Monday, Jan. 28, 2008.
