Lighting Ordinance (Proposed),This came from the Planning Commission to the City Council Monday, Oct. 26. The Council referred this to the City Attorney. He hopes to have it in proper form by the Monday, Dec. 14, regular meeting.

Ordinance #2113, Ordinance 2113 regarding sidewalk repair and maintenance was read for the second time during the regular City Council meeting of Monday, Jan. 11, 2010. Third reading is scheduled for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, Jan. 25, 2010.

Ordinance #2111,Ordinance 2111 regarding firefighters' accumulated sick leave was approved on its third and final reading Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, by the Eureka Springs City Council.

Ordinance #2109,Ordinance 2109 raising the city clerk's salary was approved on its third and final reading Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, by the Eureka Springs City Council.

Ordinance #2108,Ordinance 2108 setting the millage rates on real and personal property for 2010 was read and approved for the second time during the Monday, Sept. 28, regular City Council meeting. Third and final reading is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 12.

Ordinance #2107,Ordinance No. 2107, mid-year budget adjustment, was approved on its third and final reading during the regular City Council meeting Monday, Aug. 24, 2009.

Ordinance #2106,Ordinance 2106 waiving the bidding for parking meters was read and approved with an emergency clause in a special City Council meeting Wednesday, July 1, 2009.

Ordinance #2105,Ordinance 2105, updating and adopting the Fire Prevention Code, was approved on its first reading by the Eureka Springs City Council during the regular meeting of Monday, June 8, 2009.

Ordinance #2104,Ordinance 2104 amending the noise ordinance, was approved on all three readings, with an emergency clause, during a special City Council meeting Monday, May 18, 2009.

Ordinance #2103,Ordinance 2103 rezoning property behind the Best Western Eureka Inn from R-1 to C-2 was approved on its third and final reading by the City Council during the regular meeting of Monday, June 22, 2009.

Ordinance #2102,Ordinance 2102 regarding group tour franchises was given its third and final reading and approval by the City Council during the regular meeting Monday, June 22.

Ordinance #2101,Ordinance 2101 was amended and given its second reading by title only by the City Council during the regular meeting of Monday, May 11, 2009.
