AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL BY MOTOR VEHICLE TRAVELING ON LOWER WALL STREET BETWEEN OWL STREET AND ARMSTRONG STREET PER THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS

WHEREAS, the City Council of City of Eureka Springs is authorized by the Municipal Code to regulate the flow of traffic by use of one-way streets, and

WHEREAS, Lower Wall Street between Owl Street and Armstrong Street is a narrow street with blind spots making two way travel by motor vehicle traffic difficult.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That Lower Wall Street between Owl Street and Armstrong Street shall be closed to two way motor vehicle traffic and shall be designated as a one-way street with traffic being allowed to travel on Lower Wall Street between Owl Street and Armstrong Street in a downhill direction only between Owl and Armstrong Streets.

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3. If any part of this ordinance is found unenforceable for any reason whatsoever by a court of competent jurisdiction, in shall not affect the remaining parts thereof.
