ORDINANCE NO. 2035

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 2017 OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to repeal Ordinance #2017, an ordinance to require City Council review of certain invoices.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:

Section 1. That Ordinance #2017, an ordinance to require City Council review of certain invoices, is repealed in its entirety.

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of said conflict.
