ORDINANCE NO. 2061

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That the current Policy and Procedures Manual for the employees of the City of Eureka Springs is outdated and in need of replacement.

SECTION 2. That the updated Policy and Procedures Manual as set out in the final draft dated July 5, 2007, is hereby adopted by reference herein, as if set out word for word.

SECTION 3. That a copy of the newly adopted Policy and Procedures Manual will be maintained on file with the City Clerk and shall be provided to all current employees of the City of Eureka Springs as well as to all future employees of the City of Eureka Springs.

SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of this conflict.
