Freedom of Information Requests

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) states that public records shall be open to inspection and copying by any citizen of the State of Arkansas during the regular business hours of the custodian of the records. If a record is in use or storage, records will be make available within three working days.

A booklet containing detailed FOIA information is available from the Attorney General's Office: 200 Tower Building, Little Rock, AR 72201. Their phone number is (501) 682-2007.

FOI copy charges for records obtained from the City of Eureka Springs:

paper copies	10cents per page
audio copies	$1.00 per cassette recording
video copies	$1.00 for first VHS recording, 75 cents for DVD

You may download and print a copy of the Request for Information form. Bring the completed form to City Hall.

POLAR BEAR PLUNGE
