Basin Park is a public park owned by the City of Eureka Springs, AR. There is no charge for the use of the Band Shell. Requests for use of the Band Shell will be considered on a first-come first-served basis, providing the City Advertising and Promotion Commission (CAPC) Special Events Coordinator or other city agencies have not planned an event in Basin Park.
Application
must be taken to City Hall and signed by the City Clerk.
Electronically
amplified music is not allowed in Basin Park by City ordinance.
