Contracts and Bidding Information
The City of Eureka Springs, Arkansas is accepting bids for the furnishing and delivery of a MICROSOFT OFFICE ENTERPRISE 2007 OPEN LICENSE, with media, for Fifty (50) computer workstations. Bids shall include the unit price, the total price and any shipping or handling fees and sales taxes.
TIME & PLACE: Bids addressed to the Mayor, City of Eureka Springs, will be received until 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at the Eureka Springs City Hall, 44 S. Main Street, Eureka Springs, AR 72632, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Software Bid”.
The City of Eureka Springs reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening.
