The district court meets twice a month. The docket contains traffic citations, city ordinance violations and misdemeanors. Our Municipal Judge is Marianne McBeth and the Court Clerk is Linda Wishon. The jurisdiciton of this court is from the County lines on Hwy 23 North and Hwy 23 South, to Hwy 62 West and to the Kings River Bridge on the East.

In Civil and Small Claims matters, the jurisdiciton has a limit of $5,000.00. You may pick up a form to file and find out the fees from the Clerk.
