1. Level II – 23 King St. – Replace windows -- Ketchum
2. Level II – 44 Armstrong – Replace garage doors; Add shutters; New paint colors -- Price
3. Level III – 5 Judah St. – New construction Personal Wireless Communication Tower – Smith Communications

CONSENT AGENDA:
1. Level I – 77 Spring St. – Replace sign – Wines
2. Level I – 8 S. Main St. – Add handrail, step in rear -- Booth
3. Level I – 133 E. Van Buren – Replace existing sign -- Crenshaw


The Consent Agenda items are Level I applications that the City Preservation Officer believes to be in accordance with the Design Guidelines. Any commissioner or member of the public may place any Consent Agenda item on the Regular Agenda for discussion.
