ORDINANCE NO. 2119
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 2061 OCTOBER 8, 2007
WHEREAS, it becomes necessary to review and amend the adopted Policy and Procedures Manual for the Employees of the City of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, from time to time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The portion of the City of Eureka Springs Personnel Policy Handbook adopted by Ordinance 2061, Oct. 8, 2007, regarding Sick Leave - General Policies, shall be amended by the removal of the sentence “Accumulated sick leave is payable at 25% of the hourly rate upon resignation or dismissal.”
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of this conflict.
