RESOLUTION No. 583

A RESOLUTION MAKING A 2011 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT

Whereas, the City Council of the City of Eureka Springs, Arkansas has determined that the 2011 Fiscal Budget should be amended

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS:

Section 1.  That the Cemetery Commission budget be increased by $5,500 for the purchase of new lawn mower

Section 2.  That the funds shall be transferred from the Capital Improvement fund 12-00-5810 and entered in to the Cemetery Capital Equipment fund

Section 3.  Upon passage of this Resolution all changes will be entered into the  Main Street Accounting Program and General Ledger
