A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS, AUTHORIZING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR APPLICATIONS PERTAINING TO TITLE 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE

WHEREAS, Section 14.08.11 authorizes the City Council to establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses for conditional use permit applications, appeals and other matters pertaining to Title 14 of the Eureka Springs Municipal Code.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS:


The following fee schedule be adopted.  The fees are non-refundable and due at the time of application. All existing forms shall be updated accordingly and used until supply is exhausted.

Conditional Use Permit                $100.00

Application for Rezoning             $100.00
Of Property

Variance Requests                        $100.00

To reschedule a Public Hearing     $50.00

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS, THIS 21st DAY of April, 2011.
