Proposed amendment to Rules and Regulations of the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment:

10.  Annual Review of Legally Non-Conforming and Conditional Use Properties

The Commission shall review a list of properties which have a legally non-conforming status and those which have a conditional use status.  The list will be made available to the commissioners and the public for comment. After investigation, properties which are found to no longer be operating under the conditions of issuance will have their status revoked. The Commission shall conduct this review during the first quarter of each calendar year.
