Sections 18-211 through 18-215 of the Municipal Code govern Yard Sales. This includes yard, rummage, garage, sidewalk, porch, or other sales. Items may be available for direct purchase or by auction.They may be of up to three consecutive days duration and three permits may be issued per person per year.
Permits are $5.25 and may be obtained from the City Clerk's office. Remember to post your permit in a conspicuous location at your sale.
